Gdyńska 143, with a branch in Warsaw at ul. Tre product attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data and therefore collects, processes and uses your personal data only in accordance with the principles described below and the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data.

3.1 Data entered by you

If you enter into a contract with us, fill in the registration fields or express your consent, we process your personal data provided, in particular the data set out in point 2.

3.2. Data registered automatically

To provide you with the information you need on our website, we also process the following data:

5. Purpose of data processing

5.1. Tre product customer account

To be able to register on our B2B website (www.tredesign.iai-shop.comand/or www.treproduct.iai-shop.com), you must create a user account (hereinafter the "user account").

To set up a user account, you need a first and last name, company's residence / registration address and telephone number. In addition, users must provide their e-mail address and password they chose. The e-mail address provided by users also serves as access data for the user account.

In order to be able to make purchases on our website you must be a business entity, have a registered company. To set up a company account you need: name and contact details (e-mail, telephone) of the person representing the company, company's registered address (street, postal code, city, country) and company registration data, delivery address and invoicing information. In addition, as in the case of an individual account, e-mail and selected password to log in.

In addition, users can store their personal data on their user account, and thus conveniently shop online. This information can be updated at any time in the user account area.

Persistent cookies (see Section 6) are stored on the user's device using the "Stay logged in" function, which ensures that the user does not have to log in again on subsequent visits to our website. 5.2. Handling orders in our B2B online store

In the case of ordering products in our online store, the processing of personal data is used to conclude and execute the contract, as well as to complete the order, including payment and delivery. When paying by credit card, we receive a payment identifier from our payment service provider. This serves us to authenticate and allocate the order, and thus to ensure safety. The personal data necessary to make payments are collected directly by the payment service provider.

The legal basis for data processing is art. 6 para. 1 b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract for the performance and servicing of contracts) and art. 6 para. 1 f) of the GDPR (balancing interest, based on our interest in offering you a secure credit card payment option).

When choosing a credit card payment option, you will be asked to provide the data required to use the services of a given payment service provider. This payment information is sent directly to the appropriate payment service provider and is not stored by us.

We save the data to the invoice and delivery address on the user account, so that you do not have to enter them again on your next purchase. These data can be changed at any time in the future.

We will delete your personal data processed as part of orders at the latest after the end of the statutory warranty period, unless this is contrary to the statutory data retention obligation.

We will also store these data in the case of supplementary questions. 6. Tools for analyzing websites

6.1. General

We want our website to be designed as good as possible. That's why we use "tracking" tools for the technical improvement of our internet offer. Tracking tools allow us to measure the use of our online offers. In particular, we use tracking tools to collect the following information:

Objection to collecting of personal data

7. Using the services of external service providers

8. Duration of storage
